Fertility and preconception health are truly fascinating to me — a time to understand and support the body’s natural intelligence. I love working with both men and women to optimise nutrition, nervous system balance, hormones, cycles, and egg or sperm quality, creating the best foundation for conception and long-term wellbeing.

I also help women who wish to avoid pregnancy and prepare for pregnancy to become cyclically aware and empowered, understanding their rhythms and reclaiming connection with their bodies.

Pregnancy and postpartum care hold a special place in my practice. Drawing from both personal experience and clinical knowledge, I support women through every stage — preparing the body for birth, balancing hormones, nourishing recovery, and fostering emotional resilience in the delicate early months of motherhood.
