I’m a BHSc Naturopathy student, Registered Nurse, and the founder of Studious Naturopath. I’m currently in my fourth year at Endeavour College of Natural Health, travelling regularly to Sydney for study, while being a mother and taking clients as a Vega Practitioner at The Allergy Centre in Canberra.

With a nursing background spanning across Neurosurgery, Emergency, NICU, and Nurse Education, I bring together evidence-based medicine and the holistic foundations of naturopathy.

I have studied a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Canberra, and a Certificate of Diet & Nutrition from Beck Health.

My passion for this work began through my own health journey and has grown into a deep interest in longevity, chronic inflammation, the gut, skin, cognitive health, women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum wellbeing.
